Salesforce is an American cloud computing company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Salesforce was officially launched in 1999 with vision of becoming world-wide leader on Demand CRM founded by " Marc Benioff ".

Salesforce organization have build CRM application on the cloud and providing them on rental basis through internet as a part of software as a service.

Salesforce Services & Products

The Salesforce company is best known for its Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) product, which is composed of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics Cloud, IoT Cloud, App Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Force.com, and Chatter.
Sales Cloud :
Sales cloud is sales CRM application which is design to meet end to end requirement Salesforce for any business entity.
Sales cloud manages contact information and integrates social media and real-time customer collaboration through Chatter.
Sales Cloud helps track customer information and interactions in one place, automates complex business processes, keeps all information up to date, nurtures leads and tracks the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Service Cloud :
Service cloud is a CRM application design to meet Customer Support Process Management or Case Management operation for any business entity.
Service Cloud helps agents solve customer problems faster, gives customers access to answers to solve problems on their own, helps personalize service, predicts needs, and helps deliver support to customers wherever they may be.
Marketing Cloud :
Marketing automation is the use of software to automate marketing processes such as customer segmentation, customer data integration (CDI), and campaign management. The use of marketing automation makes processes that would otherwise have been performed manually much more efficient, and makes some new processes possible.
Commerce Cloud :
Commerce Cloud helps launch new sites, create new customer experiences, bring stores online and integrate partner technologies.
Analytics Cloud :
Analytics allows users to act on data instantly, connect easily to Sales and Service cloud data, work from any device, analyze data for better insights, and utilize analytics apps for every function including sales, service, marketing, HR and IT.
IoT Cloud :
IoT Cloud allows users to process massive quantities of data, build rules with intuitive tools and engage with customers in real time.
App Cloud :
App Cloud allows users to build apps that integrate customer data for more engaging customer experiences. It allows developers to quickly create applications that will run on the Salesforce platform.
Tools in the App Cloud:
Force.com:  Force.com is a Platform provided by the Salesforce to build Cloud Based Application.
AppExchange:  AppExchange is a Market Place to sell our Custom Application and to buy Application From AppExchange.
Heroku:  Heroku is the Cloud App Platform provided by the Salesforce to build Cloud App Using Native Programming languages like Java,PHP,.Net Etc.
Salesforce DX:  Salesforce DX is a new way to manage and develop Salesforce apps across the entire lifecycle.
Salesforce Trailhead:  Salesforce Trailhead is a series of online tutorials that teaches various level developers how to code for the Salesforce platform. Health Cloud :
Salesforce Health Cloud is a health IT CRM system that incorporates record management services with the doctor-patient relationship.
Financial Services Cloud :
Financial Services Cloud is an integrated platform designed to drive stronger client relationships that last generations. Powered by Lightning, Financial Services Cloud makes it easy for advisers to deliver a concierge level of service with the personalized, proactive advice clients expect.
Chatter :
Chatter is used to private and Secure Social Network for Company for internal Communications.

Relationship In Salesforce

What Are Object Relationships Object Relationship can be created on both Standard Object and Custom Object. Basically, There are two types of Relationship in Salesforce. Master-Detail Relationship Master-Detail Relationship is the Parent child relationship. Master-Detail Relationship can be created only on " Custom Objects ". We Can Create Only 2 Master-Detail Relationship on an Object. Master field is Mandatory field. Object in which Master-Detail Relationship is created that object is Called Child Object.
